Pliberg je posle referenduma pripao Austriji. U ovom kratkom periodu ovo je jedino poznato novèano pismo i upotreba marke od 20 kr. 1920 Spectacular use of money letter in Carinthia during the Slovenian administration. Money letter cancelled PLIBERK Ger. Bleiburg ( three cancels in total) correctly franked with stamps of 5 para and 2 Crowns and high 20 Crowns (which was very rarely used) on a letter of the value of 17,880 Crowns weighing 59 gr. Addressed to Maribor. After the referendum, Pliberg belonged to Austria. In this short period, this is the only known money letter and use of the 20 kr stamp. On the back of the letter are the signatures of the lawyer and the postman as witnesses that the money was delivered.
