1892 Ottoman cancel YENI VAROS (Nova Varoš) Serbia, part of the Kingdom of Serbia since 1912. Full cancel on the fragment, full Arabic double circle. The Brandt catalog states that it was in use until 1892, and the C&W catalog states that it was in use until 1990. This quality cancel is rarity.
