VII preko specijalno formirane komisije u Junu 1941. za zamenu zarobljenika sa veoma retkim ljubièastim žigom COMMISSIONE GERMANICA SCAMBIO PRIGIONERI PRESSO L'ARMATA DEL NORD DELEGATO ITALIANO. Žig je upotrebljen u Beogradu, pismo je upuæeno M. Stefanoviæu zarobljenom i odvedenom u Vesvone, potanski žig pa readresovano u Cortemaggiore u koncentracioni logor. Na pole?ini italijanska cenzura "verificato" crveni krst u Rimu i poštanski žigovi. Izuzetan primerak nemaèko - italijanske saradnje oko ratnih zarobljenika iz Srbije. Odlièan kvalitet.
1941 Letter from occupied Belgrade written on July 1 through a specially formed commission in June 1941 for the replacement of prisoners with a very rare purple mark COMMISSIONE GERMANICA SCAMBIO PRIGIONERI PRESSO L'ARMATA DEL NORD DELEGATO ITALIANO. The mark was used in Belgrade, the letter was sent to M. Stefanovic who was captured and taken to Vesvone, the postage cancel and then re-send to Cortemaggiore to the concentration camp (POW). On the back of the letter is the Italian censorship "verificato" red cross from Rome and postage cancels. An exceptional piece of German-Italian cooperation regarding prisoners of war from Serbia. VF

U literaturi od engleskih i sovjetskih izvora logor otvoren u 6. mesecu 1941. Ova karta iz poèetka 5. meseca 1941. Dolazni žig Beograd.
