1941. UŽIČKA REPUBLIKA: železnički tovarni list (drva za ogrev) upućen vozom iz Požege 16. IX za Beograd, zaustavljen po naredbi NARODNO OSLOBODILAČKOG ODBORA UŽICE sa potpisom komandanta mesta overenom partizanskim pečatom sa petokrakom u ljubičastoj boji: "Narodno oslobodilački odbor Užica - komanda mesta", konfiskuje robu i sa propratnim tekstom : "robu po ovoj pošiljci poslati u Užice na adresu komiteta NOO" Užice 15.11. Komandant mesta. Partizanske jedinice su iz više pravaca ušle u Užice 24. septembra po predhodnom povlačenju nemačkih trupa 21. septembra. Formirana je slobodna teritorija jedina u okupiranoj Srbiji. U toku I neprijateljske ofanzive 29. novembra 1941. u bitci na Kadinjači partizanske jedinice su se povukle prema Bosni i 1. decembra Užička republika je prestala da postoji. Zarobljeni tovar drva je upućen sa užičke stanice u Beograd, dolazni žig 17. decembar 1941. JEDINSTVENI RATNI DOKUMENT RANE PARTIZANSKE AKTIVNOSTI U SRBIJI. Verovatno jedini do sada sačuvan.                                                                                                                        1941 THE REPUBLIC OF UZICE: railway consignment note (wood for heating) sent by train from Pozega on 16th September to Belgrade, stopped on command of NATIONAL LIBERATION COMMITTEE UZICE signed by place commander with Partisan stamp in violet: "National Liberation Committee of Uzice - town headquarters", confiscated the goods with adjoining text: "these goods are to be sent to Uzice to address of NOO Committee" Uzice 15.11. place commander. Partisan units entered Uzice on 24th September from several directions after retreat of German troops on 21st September. A liberated territory was formed, the only in occupied Serbia. During 1st enemy offensive on 29th November 1941 in Battle on Kadinjaca Partisan units retreated towards Bosnia and the Republic ceased to exist on 1 December.
